As you may have already noticed, the Brant County Health Unit social media profiles have been updated to Grand Erie Public Health on Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Effective March 3, we will be deactivating all social media accounts under the username hnhealthunit. Moving forward, all public health news and information for Brantford – Brant and Haldimand – Norfolk will be shared exclusively through our Grand Erie Public Health accounts.
This staggered timeline is to ensure that all HNHU followers have time to migrate over to GEPH accounts.
