These dashboards provide up-to-date information on the health and well-being of residents across the region, including the County of Brant, the City of Brantford, Haldimand County, and Norfolk County.
The dashboards feature interactive visualizations that highlight trends, patterns, and important considerations in the health of our communities. The information supports evidence-informed decision-making, planning and evaluation of public health services, while also raising awareness among community partners and the public about the key health trends and outcomes. This dashboard provides an overview of population characteristics and socio-economic factors, including demographics, education, employment, income, housing, and food insecurity.
Reproductive and Child Health
This dashboard features statistics on key indicators related to the health of mothers, newborns, and children, including birth and pregnancy rates, mental health and substance use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and early childhood development.
Health Behaviours
This dashboard provides statistics and trends on lifestyle factors that influence health, including physical activity, healthy eating, and oral health. It also highlights related harms.
Chronic Disease
This dashboard provides an overview of chronic diseases in the region, including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, respiratory diseases, and cancer. It includes measures such as incidence, hospitalization, and mortality due to chronic diseases, as well as cancer screening rates.
Substance Use
This dashboard provides statistics on alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, and other substance use, including associated harms, such as emergency department visits, hospitalizations, and deaths.
Mental Health
