Grand Erie Public Health provides sexual health services in the Grand Erie District School Board (GEDSB) secondary schools across our catchment area. Each school is assigned a sexual health nurse. These services aim to reduce sexually transmitted infections and unintended pregnancies, while also promoting healthy sexuality within the school community.

These services are available to youth who may not have access to a health care provider or a health card, or who prefer the privacy of a school-based sexual health clinic.

All sexual health services for students in Brantford, Brant, Haldimand, and Norfolk are free, confidential, and do not require parental or caregiver consent. No health card is required. Please reach out to your school PHN or fill out the form for an appointment.

You can see your sexual health nurse for:

  • Sexual health education and information
  • Birth control counselling and low‑cost birth control prescriptions
  • STI counselling, testing, and free treatment
  • Pregnancy testing and options counselling
  • Free condoms and dental dams
