Grand Erie Public Health delivers substance use health promotion and harm reduction programs across Brantford, Brant County, Haldimand, and Norfolk counties. These programs focus on reducing substance-related harms, reducing stigma, promoting lower-risk use guidelines, and connecting individuals with supports. By addressing both individual and community needs, these efforts aim to improve population health and well-being across the region.

Services also include naloxone training and kit distribution, provision of harm reduction supplies, and support for safe sharps disposal and pickup.

Grand Erie Public Health is also a core member for the Brantford-Brant Community Drug Strategy, The Lighthouse Community Strategy, and Planet Youth Haldimand-Norfolk.
