To be eligible for a refund your cancellation must be received by the Grand Erie Public Health one business day prior to your appointment or other scheduled event. (Monday’s appointments must be cancelled by Friday).
Once we determine a cancelled appointment is eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or if paid with debit card, a refund cheque will be issued. Credits will be processed within two weeks, however please note delays may occur due to your card issuer’s policies.
